Founded in 1977 by Douglas Yegge, Total Realty Company has specialized in farmland real estate sales since day one. Initially serving East Central Iowa, the company has expanded and is currently licensed in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Mississippi.
Since it began, Total Realty has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute.
